How it Works:

  • If you need to file a claim, please let us know within 48 hours by emailing support@getbullpen.com. Please include a description of what went wrong and any photo evidence to support it and our team will get the ball rolling on a resolution immediately.
  • After a claim is submitted, our team will perform a quick investigation. We will carefully review the information and work with you and the Service Provider to determine the best solution.
  • Don’t worry, the process is quick. We value that you trusted your home with us – please allow us the opportunity to make this right.

What is Covered:

  • If the job that you were charged for was not completed to your satisfaction. 
  • If your property was damaged as a direct result of a service booked through Bullpen’s platform.
  • The service was rendered within the past 48 hours. For recurring services, each appointment is treated as a separate service.
