Additionally, in the rare event of property damage, Bullpen has your back. On top of the Bullpen Promise, every job delivered through our platform is fully insured. If an accident happens or your property is damaged, Bullpen will take point on working with the service provider’s insurance throughout the claim process. On top of that, Bullpen’s $2,000,000 general liability insurance policy acts as an umbrella for even further protection. Don’t worry, your home is safe with us.

How it Works:
- If you need to file a claim, please let us know within 48 hours by emailing email@example.com. Please include a description of what went wrong and any photo evidence to support it and our team will get the ball rolling on a resolution immediately.
- After a claim is submitted, our team will perform a quick investigation. We will carefully review the information and work with you and the Service Provider to determine the best solution.
- Don’t worry, the process is quick. We value that you trusted your home with us – please allow us the opportunity to make this right.
What is Covered:
- If the job that you were charged for was not completed to your satisfaction.
- If your property was damaged as a direct result of a service booked through Bullpen’s platform.
- The service was rendered within the past 48 hours. For recurring services, each appointment is treated as a separate service.
