Power washing keeps your home looking clean and beautiful.

Now that spring is officially here, many of us are scrambling to get our homes looking great. One of the most important things you can do to improve your curb appeal is keep the exterior of your home clean with regular power washing treatments.

What is power washing?

Power washing is the use of high pressure water spray to remove dirt and debris from surfaces such as your home’s exterior. When combined with safe cleaning agents, it’s an efficient way to refresh and renew the look of your home.

How often should you have your home power washed?

The short answer is, it really depends on your situation. Most customers find that a treatment once a year fits their needs. Usually, the best way to know is to periodically perform a quick, visual inspection of your home. If you notice that dirt and grime are building up every few months, you may need to have your home power washed more frequently.

Is it safe for my home?

As long as it is done properly, it is a great way to maintain your home’s exterior. Matching the cleaning process to your home’s exterior siding (ex: brick, wood, vinyl, stucco) is one the best ways to clean and protect your home. That’s why we recommend working with a professional that understands the unique needs of various exterior sidings.

How long does it take?

It’s largely dependent on the size and square footage of your home. Generally, it can take 2-4 hours to power wash the exterior of a home and driveway. If you also have a deck or patio that needs to be pressure washed, it can take longer.
