Last Updated: 3/20/2019

Your privacy is important to Bullpen Home Services, Inc. (“Bullpen, “us”, “we”, or “our”). Bullpen operates the domain: (the “Site”) and this Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes who we are, the data we collect, and how we use it. This Policy applies to all websites, mobile applications, and other online services (the “Platform” collectively), that Bullpen may offer.

This Policy only applies to information collected on or through the Platform. It does not apply to information collected through other means (including, but not limited to, information available from third parties).

Data We Collect

Bullpen collects various types of data about our users through user submissions, tracking technology (including, but not limited to, cookies), and third parties.

A cookie is a file with a small amount of data, sent by a website to a user’s browser and stored on a user’s computer.

We use cookies to identify and track users, their usage of the website, and their website preferences. Users can instruct their browser to refuse cookies from the Platform. However, if the user refuses cookies, certain aspects of the Platform will not be functional and/or available.

If a user has an account and logs in to the Site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if the user’s browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when the user closes their browser.

When a user logs in, we will also set up several cookies to save the user’s login information and screen display choices. If the user logs out of their account, the login cookies will be removed.

If a user leaves a comment on the Site, the user may opt-in to saving their name, email address and website in cookies. These are for their convenience so that they do not have to fill in their details again when they leave another comment.

Personal Information

“Personal Information” is information that can be used to identify a visitor or user, directly or indirectly. This includes, but is not limited to, first and last name, phone number, email, and physical address. This information is generally collected through user submission and is typically used to provide services that the user has requested.

When users leave comments on the Site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the user’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from their email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if they are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: After approval of their comment, their profile picture is visible to the public in the context of their comment.

Tracking Technology

We may use certain tracking technologies and services, such as web logs, Google Analytics, and cookies to track device and usage data about users of the Site and Platform. That data may include, but is not limited to, IP address, browser, operating system, location, and Platform usage.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about the user, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor the user’s interaction with that embedded content, including tracking their interaction with the embedded content if they have an account and are logged in to that website.
