If you need to file a claim, please let us know within 48 hours by emailing or use the form below. Please include a description of what went wrong and any photo evidence to support it and our team will get the ball rolling on a resolution immediately.

After a claim is submitted, our team will perform a quick investigation. We will carefully review the information and work with you and the Service Provider to determine the best solution.

Don’t worry, the process is quick. We value that you trusted your home with us – please allow us the opportunity to make this right.

What is Covered:

  • If the job that you were charged for was not completed to your satisfaction.
  • If your property was damaged as a direct result of a service booked through Bullpen’s platform.
  • The service was rendered within the past 48 hours. For recurring services, each appointment is treated as a separate service.
